QUESTIONS:
1. CAN AN ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We do not offer multiple address shipping for one order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
2. DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO MILITARY ADDRESSES?
Yes, we can ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO military addresses.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY VAT?
Items shipped internationally from the United States are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). We do not collect VAT. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
4. WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR DELAYED?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@crosfil.com and we will investigate immediately. We will reship or issue a full refund if your order is confirmed lost.
